About Me!
I am a game producer who works with teams and their leads to facilitate conversations and processes between teams and management, while enhancing the overall product and work culture. After working on multiple games with many different teams, I have come to learn that a great game needs an environment that will facilitate its growth and a team that is unhindered by preventable roadblocks. That is where my strengths shine the strongest. Using a variety of team management philosophies and frameworks such as Scrum and project management tools like Jira and git, I have learned the uniqiue skill of helping my developers focus on making the product and alleviating them of roadblocks preventing that efficient work. This has allowed me to support and lead teams of varying sizes on games of varying scope and platforms from pre-production to post-production.
